  • See your name and avatar when collaborating on documents

  • Access shared templates and resources

Important: Do not upload personal or confidential information to Team Accounts if you do not want it accessible to your Team Owner or other Team members.

3.3 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you:

(a) Explicitly consent to sharing (b) Use third-party integrations or applications (c) Share documents with others via links or email (d) Connect your Account to third-party services

3.4 For Legal Reasons
